Zeenat A. Al Mansoori is the Managing Partner at Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates. Zeenat is a Licensed Attorney and is admitted in front of all courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain up to the Cassation Court and the Constitutional Court.
Practicing law in Bahrain since the 1980s, Zeenat draws on more than 30 years of legal experience. She is a recognized leader in the legal field and garners acclaim for her work in litigation and international commercial arbitration as both counsel and arbitrator. Her clients trust in her analytical, astute and sharp legal mind and in her unrelenting drive to achieve the best results possible.
Zeenat is a generous member in the community. Amel Al Aseeri joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates in 2005 and is a Partner at the firm. She heads the Corporate and Commercial team with an air of disarmingly quiet confidence. Amel is a Licensed Attorney admitted in front of all courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain up to the Cassation Court and the Constitutional Court. She also has arbitration experience and is a Fellow (FCIArb) with the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Amel obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honors from Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from the College of Law, London, UK. She was awarded a Fellowship in the United Nations Public and Private International Law Program in 2008.
She routinely advises local and multinational clients operating in diverse industries. Her practice spans a wide range of areas including corporate structuring, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing and IP. Her practice also encompasses the real estate sector, including construction, real estate development, real estate management, real estate finance and acquisitions, disposals, and commercial and residential leasing. She is recommended in Legal 500 for her Commercial, Corporate and M&A work and is recognised as a Top Tier Lawyer in the Corporate and Finance and in the Dispute Resolution fields by Chambers Global.

Dr. Jamal Al Sayed joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates in 2011. He brings to the firm over 30 years of legal experience.
Dr. Jamal has international judicial experience, having worked in major arbitral centers worldwide. He also served in various prominent positions, including the Presiding Judge of the Court of Appeal in Egypt and Counsel to the Kuwait Royal Court.
Dr. Jamal is effective in preventing costly and drawn-out litigation, often advising on potential risks involved in contracts and providing litigation advice at the early stage of disputes.

Batool AlSafar joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates in 1990. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is a Licensed Attorney.
Batool is the Office Manager at Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates. She has founded and nurtured many of the firm’s long term and major client relationships. Meanwhile Batool assists in the firms main practice areas, including company law, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Hussain AlShoulla joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates in 2001. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of Kuwait, Kuwait. He is Licensed Attorney admitted in front of all courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain up to the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.
Hussain’s litigation practice includes commercial and contracts disputes, insurance, employment, real estate and construction. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Council in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Directorate for Legal Affairs, advising and representing government and quasi-government entities.

Hussain Ebeid joined the firm in 2014 and is a Legal Consultant at the firm. His career in private practice is more than two decades starting since 1998. He has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cairo, Egypt.
Over the course of his career, Hussain Ebeid has guided clients through a wide range of commercial and civil disputes. Hussain Ebeid is also a highly experienced criminal lawyer with a focus on white collar crime. Notably, in Egypt, he worked for the renowned Abou Shoka Law Firm. Hussain Ebeid has acted as counsel for multinational clients in cases at the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA) and for clients in arbitrations.

Noor Sadiq joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates in 2015. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with honours from the University of Bahrain, and is a certified Arbitrator by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. She is a Licensed Attorney in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Noor assists across the firm’s main practice areas with a focus on litigation, arbitration, and legal research. A significant part of Noor’s practice also involves advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Zeenat is the Managing Partner at Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates and Partner at the firm Nada Al Sulaiti & Partners based in Doha, Qatar. Practicing law in Bahrain since 1980s, Zeenat draws on more than 30 years of legal experience.
